Shipping Policy
We ship all orders exclusively with Australia Post.
Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 Australia-wide.
- Express Post: Available at checkout via Australia Post.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all Australian orders over $75.
Processing Your Order
We aim to dispatch all completed orders within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number.
All orders are shipped from Townsville, Queensland.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are outside of our control. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, weather events or other circumstances impacting the Australia Post network.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within Australia Post's expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@kissingchickens.com.au. We will happily assist by lodging an enquiry with Australia Post and keeping you informed throughout the investigation.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of both the parcel and its contents so we can assist with an investigation.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, including damage resulting from improper storage, misuse, accidents or deliberate damage.
Returns
If you wish to return a product under our Refund Policy, please email info@kissingchickens.com.au before returning your item.
Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products. Return postage costs are non-refundable.
