Refund policy

Refund Policy

We will refund the cost of your Kissing Chickens Deodorant if for any reason you are dissatisfied with it. Kissing Chickens will make the refund, excluding postage costs, upon our receipt of your returned deodorant. You will be responsible for return postage.

Your claim for a refund must be made within 30 days of shipment and must be made by email to info@kissingchickens.com.au. Upon receipt of your returned deodorant we will refund your payment via the same method of purchase.

Once your deodorant is received, your refund will be processed, and the amount you paid (less postage costs) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds 
Please note that while we will make the refund payment within 5 business days of receipt of your returned deodorant, we are not responsible for the amount of time PayPal or your credit card company takes to process it. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after our refund payment is made, please:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company/PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially returned.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is made.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kissingchickens.com.au


Shipping
To return your product, you should, in the first instance, email us at info@kissingchickens.com.au

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We will not provide a refund, or be responsible for items damaged during shipping, or due to mishandling, accident, or deliberate damage once the item is posted. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
